1. What kind of person books proposal ideas on this site?
   Anyone who wants a memorable marriage proposal! Our clients are people in love from all across the globe.
2. Will she know I didn't organize this myself?
   This is totally up to you! Proposal-Ideas.com does not have the contact information for your future fiancee.
3. Can I still book a proposal idea if I'm not planning on proposing?
   We welcome you to book a proposal idea for any special event - an anniversary, birthday or just a special date. Please let us know ahead of time that you won't be proposing so we can alert your vendors.
4. How will I know when to propose?
   Included in your confirmation email will be an exact rundown of how your proposal will happen. If you have questions after you've received your confirmation email, please reach out to us at info@proposal-ideas.com. We're here to help!
5. What happens after I book?
   As soon as you click "Book Now!" the Proposal-Ideas.com team jumps into action and starts making the arrangements right away! At this point, we will hold the amount of your package on your credit card. Within 48 business hours, you'll receive an email letting you know that your package is confirmed and your card will be charged. Your confirmation email will also fill you in on exactly how the proposal will play out so you can relax and enjoy the moment.
6. What if my date/time isn't available?
   If your preferred date or time isn't available we will contact you via email and work to find a time that fits your schedule.
7. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
   All packages on Proposal-Ideas.com are non-refundable. Each package has a specific window of time that you are allowed to reschedule, please consult the "Availability & Cancellation" tab on your package page.
8. What happens if I'm late or can't find the right meeting point?
   Two days before your proposal you will receive an email containing contact details for your vendors. If you are running late or lost on the day of your proposal, please contact the vendors directly.
9. What are considered "major holidays"?
   Christmas Day, New Years Day and Thanksgiving Day. Please note that all proposal packages are always subject to availability and that the busiest times of the year (December Holidays and Valentines' Day) book up very quickly.
