Proposal Overview
One of New York City’s most iconic locations serves as the backdrop for a truly memorable proposal. If you are looking to impress your loved one with one of the grandest of gestures, proposing to him or her from a big screen in Times Square is the way to do it! Your photos with message will appear on a billboard screens for 10 minutes while you propose in an unforgettable style that is sure to thrill and excite.
PROPOSAL BREAKDOWN
- Arrive at the location provided in the confirmation e-mail you receive from us. Be sure to arrive early and allow extra time for traveling, Manhattan traffic can be crazy!
- Keep your eyes on the screen and wait for your personalized proposal photos and message to appear.
- Your message will appear for 10 minutes.

PROPOSAL ENHANCEMENTS
Available on the Booking Page
- Musician ($350). Let your special song provide the soundtrack to your marriage proposal. Choose between a romantic guitar, elegant violin or jazzy saxophone, your instrumentalist will play your selected song as you’re proposing.
- Paparazzi Style Photographer ($495). Share your memories with family and friends with beautiful professional photos! A photographer will capture the moment of your engagement as it happens. You’ll receive a link to an online gallery with the images within 1 month of the proposal.
- A Cappella Serenade ($935). Your partner will be blown away when she walks on to the rooftop terrace and an a cappella group is there to serenade her with your special song. Serenade includes one song of your choice and the cost includes the arrangement, rehearsal, and performance. 21 days notice is required for this upgrade.
- Videographer ($925). Capture your proposal on video and re-live it over and over. You will receive a 2-3 minute highlight of the proposal. Raw footage is not included.

- You pick the time for your ten (10) minute proposal and we’ll check availability.Once we have confirmed availability, you will send your message and photos (minimum of 1500 pixels) to us via email (to info@proposal-ideas.com). We MUST receive all text and photos at least fourteen (14) days in advance of your proposal. One revision is allowed. If your text and photos are received less than fourteen (14) days in advance of your proposal, no revisions will be allowed.
