Proposal Overview
Perfect for the person who knows exactly how they want to propose but needs some expert help putting the pieces together. Our experienced team of Proposal Planners will work with you to produce the marriage proposal idea that you have in mind. Please note that this package covers the planning and vendor recruitment, but does not include day-of assistance. Since every proposal is different, the cost of your supplies (location, dinner, etc.) is not included in this package. We will assist with organizing your payment to all vendors.
PROPOSAL BREAKDOWN
- Provide us with the details (date, time, etc.) of your proposal idea.
- An expert Proposal Planner will recruit trusted vendors, negotiate the best price and help you organize the logistics.
- You receive a final blueprint of how your proposal will unfold including vendor contact information and the plan for the engagement.
- The day before your proposal, your Proposal Planner will re-confirm with you and all of your vendors.
- On your proposal day, follow the blueprint instructions and pop the question!

- The package price is for planning services only.
- All vendor/supply costs are separate.
- Vendor fees must be paid directly to vendor.
- Very occasionally we receive proposal requirements with a level of complexity above which we can handle and in these rare situations we reserve the right to withhold offering of this package.
- Prefer one week or more to organize, but we always do our best to honor last minute requests.
- If you decide to change the date after the arrangements are in place, it will be your responsibility to reschedule your vendors.
- Day of Coordination (DOC) may be available for an extra fee
