Celebrity News: Aniston and Theroux’s Engagement!

On Friday August 10^th Jennifer Aniston’s boyfriend Justin Theroux turned 41 and got the best birthday present ever, a “Yes!” to his marriage proposal. Theroux’s simple proposal fit the couples’ down-to-earth personalities. After Theroux’s private proposal, the two celebrated with a low-key dinner at Blue Hill in Greenwich Village. New York city was the perfect place to propose since it’s Theroux’s favorite city.

Eleven days before the proposal, while Aniston was on set in North Carolina, Theroux dined at a New York restaurant with Anniston’s two best friends. Courtney Cox, Laura Dern, and their children all seemed to be enjoying Theroux’s company!

Aniston and Theroux were co-stars on the set of Wanderlust and have been dating for a year and a half. This will be Theroux’s first marriage and Aniston’s second, who was married to Brad Pitt until 2005. There hasn’t been any talk of marriage plans yet, although friends wouldn’t put it past them to elope or have a destination wedding.
